    EXCUSES & REASONS

    When you have a problem, physically, mentally or emotionally, it could be;
    Lack of exercise
    Lack of sleep
    Poor nutrition
    Lack of sex
    Aging
    ADHD
    Brain damage.
    Lack of Prefrontal Cortex activity
    Believing you didn't deserve your childhood
    Thinking others got more than you
    Too much caffeine
    Insecurity you can't take your shirt off
    Feelings of inadequacy physically.
    Feelings of inadequacy mentally.
    The inability to be supportive emotionally, mentally or monetarily.
    The inability to provide what you want yourself.
    The inability to listen without being distracted.
    Overwhelmed by too many goals or too high of goals.
    Feeling inadequate of not making everyone happy.
    Not being everything you think you should.
    Not being a good enough Dad.
    Not doing your job as well as you could.
    Not being as successful as you'd like.
    Not having as much money as you'd like.
    Feel to fat.
    Not feeling attractive enough.
    Wanting what you can't have.
    Feeling deprived of sexual freedom to be promiscuous.
    Feeling deprived of freedom.
    Wanting to ride your bike more than you can.
    Wanting to ski more than your schedule or time allows for.
    Feelings that others get more love than you.
    Feelings that others get more sex than you.
    Feelings that others get more chances than you.
    Feelings that others get more attention than you.
    Feelings that others took advantage of you.
    People think they have their "reasons"; Allison, doctors, scientists, all find reasons. However, Neenan (an ex marine), Deepak (a medical doctor turned spiritual healer), and every religion know to man; takes responsibility in the greatest way. Write "Excuse" at the top of your list.

    Then you can start to see what is only in your mind.

    PTSD is caused by your perception that only you are in control of. Your whole world is in your mind. Your mental world creates your emotions as do they create your bodies physical responses as they create your feelings. The information YOU BELIEVE creates who you are and how your body responds.

    There is always a better thought. Now find it! Tell yourself whatever you need to tell yourself to be the person you wish to be. If what your doing allows you to make ANY of the above excuses, then you ARE failing. If you can't change your mind, then you are powerless to creating your world to be the way you want it.

    If anyone can make you angry, remember it starts in YOUR mind.

    There is always a better thought. Now find it. Tell yourself whatever you need to tell yourself to be the person you wish others were to you.

    There are things in the world that are out of your control. They are other people and the outside world. So what, it starts with you. If you can't do it, how can you expect another to?

    Anyone can find an excuse and reason for anything.
